Making A PurchaseWe aim to make your whole online shopping experience with us as easy as possible. Shipping And HandlingWe deliver throughout the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales), Republic of Ireland and to BFPO addresses.United Kingdom Standard Delivery (£4.99) - It is our aim to despatch all orders on the day of ordering and you should usually receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and ocassionally delivery may take slightly longer, as this service generally relies on Royal Mail. (Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed from the date of posting). If a guaranteed delivery is required, then please use the Express Delivery option. Express Delivery (£6.99) - Your order will be delivered to you within 1 - 3 working days. Republic of Ireland We subsidise this delivery service for our customers in Ireland but unfortunately as the Republic of Ireland is classed as a European destination by the majority of couriers, we still have to charge £14.99 per order towards the cost of shipping. Delivery is generally made within 3 - 5 Working Days but this is not a guaranteed timescale. BFPO We are delighted to be able to offer a delivery service to BFPO addresses. Parcelforce charge us £12.00 per parcel to BFPO addresses but as we want the British Forces to enjoy a great party, we only charge £4.99 and ask that you spend £25+ Some overseas BFPO addresses are entitled to VAT free shopping. If you qualify for this, you must supply (by fax) a signed letter from your company C.O. before placing your order online. Returns PolicyAll goods are thoroughly checked before they are despatched, but any items that are found to be faulty due to manufacture may be returned within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund.Claims for missing items or goods which have been damaged in the post, will not be considered unless we are advised in writing within 14 days of receipt. Any goods that have been ordered and which you decide that you do not want may be returned for exchange or refund (less postage costs) on prior arrangement with Hawaiian Party Supplies within 10 days of receipt. The cost of the return is the responsibilty of the customer. The goods should be returned in a new condition, unused or unworn and in the original packaging with all original tags attached, with the exception of Wigs that due to reasons of hygiene, once purchased they cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. It is advisable to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods returned and are 'lost in the post'.
